Description

The invention relates to machines for picking up bristles and hairs from hides, using an endless belt with clips for hides and shafts moving in different directions. In the proposed machine, in order to sequentially pull out the bristles of different lengths, there are several pair of shafts of different diameters in a downstream size arranged in a series of endless bands.

Special guides were used to guide the pulled out bristles to the entrapment conveyors, and special combs were used to brush the bristles.

The schematic drawing shows a side view of the machine.

Two cylinders 1 lead an endless belt 2, somewhat larger than the width of the processed skins. There are clips 3 that pinch the tail portions and the rear papal cheeks 4, which, at the beginning of the treatment, under the straightening face 5, equal in length to the width of the tape 2. The skin with bristles, passed the comb b, falls under the first pair of plucking shafts 1 with a smooth surface and rotating: the first shaft is counterclockwise and the second is clockwise.

Due to rotation in opposite directions of the first pair of shafts 7, the pinched hair is pulled out of the cheek along with the hair bag and, having passed through the line of contact of the shafts, falls on the concave guide surface of the visor 9, which is equal to the true plucking shaft.

The plucked bristles and hair 15, received a progressive movement from a pair of shafts by inertia, roll over through the plucking shaft 7, moving clockwise and placed on the conveyor belt 10 located perpendicular to the direction of the moving conveyor belt 2. To avoid throwing the plucked stubble through the tape conveyor 10, a protective flap 16 is placed, touching the edges of the conveyor belt 10.

The plucked and laid bristles 15 by the belt of the conveyor 10 are carried away from the machine and dropped onto a table installed on the side of the machine.

The bristles that are not caught in the first pair of plucking shafts 7, as shorter, are combed by a comb 6, standing in front of the second pair of plucking shafts 11 and, having a length somewhat greater than the radius of the second pair of shafts 11, undergo the same process of picking and folding on the conveyor belt 10, etc.

Thus, each plucking unit consists of a comb b, a pair of pinching shafts 7, a guide visor 9, a conveyor 10 and a safety guard 16. The dimensions and the number of aggregates are set depending on the desire to obtain bristles and hair of different lengths.

The subject matter of the invention.

1. A machine for picking out bristles and a hair from hides, consisting of an endless belt with clips for hides and working shafts moving in different directions, characterized in that several paired shafts 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc. of different diameters are located above the endless belt in a series of descending values, in order to consistently pluck cetines of different lengths, by pinching it with rollers along the line of contact of the latter.

2. In the case of the use of guide peaks 9, indicated in paragraph 1-machine, located above each pair of working shafts and intended to direct the pulled out bristles to the carrying conveyors 10.
