Description

In the proposed safety device, in addition to the usual fixed cap, covering the non-working part of the saw, an additional movable cap is closed, covering the working part in the idle position of the saw and opening the tooth as the saw moves to the tree.

In addition to the fixed hood 4, which is usually installed on the non-working part of the saw, an additional cap is used, freely suspended with handles 5 on the axis 6 of the saw 1 and connected with a hinged earring 8 (Fig. 1 and 2) or with the CI0KIM body 8 (Fig. 4) with a fixed support 9. According to FIG. 5, i.b., the cap is divided into two parts 3 and 3, each of which is associated respectively with earrings 8 and 8 with supports 9 and 9. As shown in FIG. 3 divided into two dissected cap 3, 3 is provided in each part with a flap 10.

The subject matter of the invention.

1. Safety device for tandem circular saws, detached using, in addition to the conventional cap 4, covering the non-working part of the saw, the extension cap 3 (Fig. 1, 2, 4) on the working part, freely suspended by means of handles 5 on the axis 6 of the saw 1 and connected pivotally by an earring 8 (fig. 1,2) or by a flexible body 8 (fig. 4) with a fixed support 9.

2. Alteration of the fixture indicated in claim 1, characterized in that the additional cap is divided into two parts 3 and 3 (Figs. 5, 6), each of which is connected by straps 8 and 8, respectively, with supports 9 and 9.

3. Alteration of the fixture indicated in Clause 2, characterized in that the parts 3 and 3 (Fig. 3) provide a cap each with a guard 10 for supporting them on the tree, in order to open them last when the saw 1 is in operation.
