Description

The invention relates to square-edged sheet glass edging machines used in furniture factories.

Machines of the same designation are known, including transport chains driven by an electric motor, roll tables for inserting and outputting glass sheets and heads for processing sheet edges.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the machine. This is achieved by the fact that between the transportable, by their prices, a double-sided live rolls with non-driven rollers are mounted, and clamping devices are installed in front of these chains in the sheet entry area.

FIG. 1 depicts the described machine (general view); in fig. 2 - bilateral roller table; in fig. 3 - clamping devices.

Between the machine, driven by the machine 1, driven by an electric motor, two-sided roller shutter 2 is salivated. It is a rack 3, on which there are two rows of non-driving rollers 4 that are loosely mounted on bearings.

At the ends of the machine are roll tables 5 equipped with rollers 6 for outputting glass sheets. In front of the chains 1, in the sheet insertion section, clamping devices 7 are installed. Of these, a rubberized roller 8 with a lever 9 and a spring 10 is provided.

The machine works in the following way. A sheet of glass 11, which is mixed on the bed table 5, is gripped by the transport chain 1, which presses it against the rollers / roller table 2 and mixes it along the machine during the edge processing.

The mixing of glass 11s glass, which may occur when seized by the conveyor chains 1, is prevented by the pressing devices 7.
