Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of aircraft; design of rigging and other branches of mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for assembly of units of flying vehicle has load-bearing framework mounted on support and erected from longitudinal beams located along axes of ribs. Secured on load-bearing framework by means of locking members are supports and mockup ribs. Supports, mockup ribs and plate with coupling and base holes are made of material whose coefficient of linear expansion is equal to or close to coefficient of linear expansion of material of unit being assembled. Supports of load-bearing framework and frames of plate are articulated to shop floor on one side and to load-bearing framework and plate on other side. Supports 5 are mounted on load-bearing framework for motion in direction of thermal deformation of unit being assembled. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to making into account thermal deformation during assembly and improved working conditions. 5 cl, 15 dwg
