Цель изобретени  - повышение жесткости фиксации костного отломка и уменьшение времени на установку и сн тие фиксатора. Стержневой чрескостный фиксатор выполнен в виде стержн  1 с резьбовой частью 2 и хвостовиком 3 с гладкой промежуточной частью 4 и саморежущей частью 5, котора  выполнена ступенчатой, и концевого саморежущего участка 6с уменьшенным диаметром и с торцовой саморежущей частью 8 с увеличенным диаметром.
