Изобретение относитс к керамической промышленности. Подглазурна краска дл - керамических изделий содержит пигмент 32-37%. фа нсовую глазурь 20-25%, фенолформальдегидную смолу твердую 8- 10%, изопропиленкарбонат 23-28%, изо- пропиловыйспирт6-10%. Фенолформальдегидную смолу раствор ют в смеси пропиленкарбоната и изопропило- вого спирта. Пигмент смешивают с глазурью . В раствор смолы добавл ют смесь пигмента и глазури и перемешивают в шаровой мельнице. Краску нанос т на керамическиеиздели методами шелкотрафаретной или тампопечати, сушат 5 мин, глазуруют и обжигают при 1160±10°С. Характеристики подглазурной краски и красочных покрытий: в зкость краски 208-215 с, растекаемость краски 20-25 мм, жизнеспособность краски 5-6 мес, толщина красочного покрыти 22-28 мкм. 2 табл.This invention relates to the ceramic industry.
