Запорный орган выполнен в виде эластичного шланга 6, охватывающего выходной конец патрубка по всей его длине. По внутренней части проточного патрубка 1 и сплющенной его части 3 выполнены продольные пазы 4, которые попарно образуют сопла дл  прохода среды.
