Фиксаци дополнительной пластины 2 к стенке глазного блока первично обеспечиваетс силой трени в результате возвратного , действи пружины 3. В дальнейшем пластина 3 прорастает соединительной тканью, интегриру сь в ткан х, окружающих глазное блоко. Упругость и гибкость пружины 3 обеспечивает имитацию естественной упругости утраченных мышц и св зок .
