Abstract

The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to distributors, choppers mainly stalked feed, formed into bales and cylindrical rolls. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of grinding and uniformity of distribution of the rolled feed. The chopper dispenser includes a hopper 1 with a discharge port at the bottom. In the bunker 1, a curvilinear feed conveyor 4 is installed. A separating device is located in the zone of the discharge port. In order to achieve the object of the invention, the dispenser-grinder is provided with an additional feeding conveyor 10 mounted above the separating device. The additional feeding conveyor has the possibility of reciprocating movement, in the direction of the feeding conveyor 4. The separating device is made in the form of a casing 6 with discharge ports. In the casing 6 there are two horizontally mounted in one plane disk rotors 8 with grinding elements 9. The rotors 8 are located above the feeding conveyor 4, and the casing 6 covers the parts of the rotors 8 located below the additional feeding conveyor 10.3 Il. sl C

Description

The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to distributors, choppers mainly stalked feed, formed into bales and cylindrical rolls.

A distributor-feed chopper is known, which contains a hopper with a feed conveyor and a beater, made in the form of a casing with longitudinal slits, in which cutting plates interacting with opposing elements are placed.

Such a design of the shredding distributor does not provide for the process of separating and grinding the stalked fodder, formed into rolls, as the feed is wound on the beater, which leads to a breakdown of the cutting apparatus.

Known distributor-chopper, including a hopper with a longitudinal chain-slat conveyor and a lifting tray, a beater with knives, as well as a rotary chopper.

The disadvantages of this design are the unreliable operation of the beater and knife breakage when chopping coils of roughage stored in winter in open areas or when foreign objects get into the bunker.

the lower part, a curved feed conveyor, a separating device in the form of a chain contour with cutting elements installed in the window zone, a curved damper with combs associated with a vibrator, and an unloading conveyor.

Such a construction of the grinder distributor is complicated and unreliable in operation. Periodic impact of cutting elements and dies on the feed does not ensure complete cutting of the stems in the treated layer, which leads to untimely separation of the material and its uneven receipt on the unloading conveyor. In addition, part of the feed, separated by the second branch of the chain loop (in the direction of rotation of the roll), moves with the roll, does not hit the discharge conveyor, and is loaded before the first branch.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of grinding and uniformity of distribution of the rolled feed.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the well-known feed chopper, containing a bunker with an unloading window in its lower part, a curvilinear feeding conveyor installed in the bunker and a separating device located in the window zone, is provided with an additional conveyor installed above the separating device. displacement in the direction of the feeding conveyor, and the separating device is made in the form of a casing with discharge necks and two horizontally mounted in the casing coplanar disk rotors with grinding elements arranged above the feeding conveyor, while the housing part covers the disk rotors disposed under additional conveyor.

The proposed feed chopper has distinctive features that are distinctive from the prototype: it is equipped with an additional conveyor installed above the separating device with the possibility of reciprocating movement in the direction of the feeding conveyor, the separating device is made in the form of a casing with discharge necks and placed in the casing of two horizontally installed one plane of disk rotors with grinding elements located above the feeding conveyor; the housing covers parts of postglacial rotors disposed under

Works distributor chopper as follows.

Subjected to grinding and distribution of coiled forage loaded into the hopper 1 and transported to the place of distribution. The feed conveyors 4 and 10 are then put into operation. The moving branches of the conveyors 4 and 10 bring the roll to rotation. The crushing elements 9 rotating towards each other rotors 8 along the entire length of the roll capture the feed layer equal to the amount of their overhang above the conveyor 4. Due to the high linear speed of the crushing elements 9, the feed is crushed and ejected through the guiding housings b and discharge necks 7.

As the feed layers are successively separated, the size and weight of the roll decreases, and the additional conveyor 10 under the action of the cushioning mechanism moves inside the hopper 1. This ensures that the conveyors 4 and 10 constantly interact with the roll, and hence the stable rotation of the roll. In addition, under the action of the additional conveyor 10, the center of gravity of the crushed roll is constantly located above the chopping elements 9 of the rotors 8. Due to this, the same feed layer is separated from the rolls of different diameters, which ensures uniform distribution.

The use of the proposed feed grinder provides, in comparison with the prototype, the following advantages:

Improving the quality of grinding coiled feed of any moisture content and

cost due to the use of a reliable high speed separating device in the form of rotors with hammer or knife grinding elements;

increasing the uniformity of feed distribution by uniformly separating the feed layer with the grinding elements of the rotors from the roll and stable rotation of the roll under the action of the feed and supplementary conveyors.

The economic effect as a consequence of these advantages is obtained by reducing the direct and reduced costs, improving the quality of feed and reducing their loss.
