Abstract

Изобретение относитс к очистке вгды и может быть использовано дл очистки сточных вод металлургической и горно-рудной промышленности, а также в машиностроении и промышленности строительных материалов. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности очистки воды за счет обеспечени надежности шламоудалени . Аппарат содержит корпус 1 с бункером 2, устройство 3 дл подвода загр зненной воды и лоток 5 дл сбора осветленной воды с водосливом 6. Эрлифт, выполненный в виде центрального полого вала 8 с раструбом 9, оснащен фермой 7 со скребками 10. В нижней части корпуса аппарат снабжен камерой 15 разбавлени , внутри которой размещена цилиндроконическа , коакси- ально установленна перегородка 14, и патрубок 16 подвода воздуха. Дополнительные скребки 18, установленные на водоподъемной трубе, направл ют осадок в камеру 15 разбавлени в зону, ограниченную перегородкой 14, откуда он под воздествием воздуха, подаваемого через патрубок 16, и транспортирующей среды - воды, подаваемой через трубопровод 17, удал етс из аппарата по шлаиоотвод щей трубе 13. Надежное удаление шлама из аппарата повышает эффективность очистки воды. 3 ил.
