Abstract
Изобретение относитс к опто- электронике и может быть использовано в многоэлементных устройствах регистрации, накоплени и обработки фотосигналов. Цель изобретени - увеличение отношени сигнал/шум. Устройство содержит фотодиод 1, генератор 2 тока смещени , элемент 3 регистра ПЗС, ключ 4 сброса, варак- , тор 5, разделительный конденсатор 6, ключи 7,8, стробируемый блок 9 вычитани , состо щий из генератора 10 тока, ВДП-транзисторов 11, 12 и дифференциального усилител 13, ключ 26, фильтр 27 низкой частоты. Рабочий режим фотодиода 1 устанавливаетс посто нным напр жением, поступающим на вход смещени фотодиода 1, и током смещени . В исходном состо нии на затворы ключей 4.7,8 поступает импульс сброса, открывающий эти ключи . Сигнал,усиленный с помощью варак- тора 5, подаетс на вход дифференциального усилител 13, ас его выхода через открытый ключ 26 на фильтр 27. 5 ил. а S (ЛThe invention relates to optoelectronics and can be used in multi-element devices for recording, storing and processing photosignals.
