Устройство дл очистки газов содержит цилиндрический корпус с крышкой и дном, снабженный тангенциальным патрубком подвода загр зненного газа и патрубком отвода очищенного, обечайки разной высоты, коаксиально с зазором относительно друг друга установленные в корпусе , фильтр тонкой очистки, причем наружна обечайка расположена с зазором относительно дна, а внутренн установлена на дне без зазора. Во внутренней обечайке по периметру выполнен р д радиальных отверстий, расположенных на рассто нии от дна, превышающем зазор между наружной обечайкой и дном. Фильтр тонкой очистки выполнен в виде гранул химически активного стекла, размещенных между сетчатыми дисками, и расположен в верхней части внутренней обечайки, а патрубок отвода очищенного газа подсоединен к отверстию в крышке над фильтром тонкой очистки.2 ил. сл сThe invention relates to the purification of gases and can be used in vacuum devices used in metallurgy.
