Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству , в частности к машинам дл производства кормов. Цель изобретени - првышение степени и однородности измельчени материала. В цилиндрический вертикальный корпус 1 загружают м сокостное сырье, которое поступает на вращающийс диск 4 и подвергаетс воздействию ножей 7. При этом за счет центробежных сил сырье перемещаетс к периферии диска 4 и скользит вдоль лезви ножей 7. Сырье срезаетс в виде стружки и поступает в зазор между ножом 7 и установленным под его лезвием дополнительным ножом. Стружка подвергаетс дополнительному воздействию обращенных друг к другу ступенчато расположенных режущих кромок на основных и дополнительных ножах. Далее сырье проходит через расположенные за режущими кромками окна и выгружаетс лопаст ми 10. Неизмельченное сырье поднимаетс по стенкам корпуса 1 и отбрасываетс установленными по углом 45-55&deg; к радиусу диска 4 по направлению его вращени отражающими пластинами 5 к центру диска 4. 1 з.п. ф-лы. 3 ил.The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to machines for the production of feed. 1. Device for grinding meat and bone raw materials, comprising a vertical cylindrical body in which a disk is installed in a horizontal plane with knives radially located on it, blades mounted on its lower surface and windows made in the disk along the knives, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree and homogeneity of grinding material, it is equipped with reflective plates mounted on the inner surface of the housing above the disk, forming an acute angle with the radius of the disk in the direction of rotation, placed on the disc under the knife blade additional knives, wherein the primary and secondary blades are arranged with a gap between each other and are directed towards each other stepwise spaced parallel cutting edges whose tangents form an acute angle directed toward the window, located behind the cutting edges of the blades.
