Изобретение относитс  к производству изделий сборного бетона и железобетона и позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс уплотнени . Это достигаетс  тем, что в устройстве дл  формовани  трубчатых изделий из бетонных смесей обечайка сердечника 4 снабжена прикрепленным к ее нижней части соосно эластичным формообразующим кольцом 11. Горизонтальна  кольцева  диафрагма 6 расположена ниже уровн  горизонтальной плоскости, проход щей через центр масс дебаланса. Нижний конец вала возбудител  5 колебаний соединен с валом приводного двигател  9 посредством упругой муфты. 3 ил.The invention relates to the manufacture of precast concrete and reinforced concrete products and allows to intensify the compaction process.
