Steel contains in addition vanadium, arsenic, antimony, lead, bismuth, tin, magnesium, nitrogen, titanium, oxygen with following proportion of components, per cent by mass: carbon 0.14-0.18; silicon 0.1-0.37; manganese 0.3-0.7; chrome 2.8-3.3; nickel 0.3-0.8; molybdenum 0.6-0.8; vanadium 0.15-0.35; copper 0.03-0.08; sulfur 0.003-0.010; phosphorus 0.003-0.01; arsenic 0.001-0.01; antimony 0.001-0.01; lead 0.001-0.01; bismuth 0.001-0.01; tin 0.001-0.01; calcium 0.005-0.03, magnesium 0.005-0.03; nitrogen 0.0001-0.005; aluminium 0.005-0.05, titanium 0.01-0.04; oxygen 0.001-0.005; iron being the balance with fulfilment of condition that relation of summary content of chrome, molybdenum and vanadium to content of carbon should be 1.65 (molybdenum)+3.5 (chrome)+vanadium ---------------------------------------- = 60-93 carbon.
