Abstract
Изобретение позвол ет повысить КПД роторного компрессора. Рабочим телом заполн ют из канала (К) 2 всасывани рабочую камеру 8, образованную двум неравномерно вращающимис в корпусе 1 лопаст ми 6 и 7. Рабочее тело сжимают, вытесн ют и перенос т к К 2. Перенос осуществл ют при посто нном объеме тела на участке от К 3 нагнетани к К 2 и при посто нной угловой частоте вращени лопастей 6 и 7. Механизм привода лопастей 6 и 7 включает эксцентрично установленный выходной вал, на котором закреплен диск с радиальными пазами. Рычаги размещены на концентричных валах. Пальцы взаимодействуют с рычагами и пазами. Каждый из пазов выполнен изогнутым и включает три сопр женных между собой участка: внутренний, промежуточный и периферийный. 2 с.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of a rotary compressor.
