Abstract
Изоберетение относитс к получению термостойких и стойких к расплавам стали огнеупоров и может быть использовано при непрерывной разливке стали. Цель - повышение термостойкости материала и его коррозионной стойкости к расплаву стали. Дл этого готов т материал из шихты следующего состава (в мас.%):8 - 39 гексагонального нитрида бора, 20 - 47 кристаллического кремни , 19-26 кремнийорганической смолы и 19-27 толуола, что позвол ет изготовить огнеупорные издели с высокой термостойкостью и износостойкостью. Прочность при изгибе полученного материала составл ет 55- 70 МПа, коррозионна стойкость к расплаву стали Ст - 45 (глубина лунки через 5 мин) 0,3 - 0,5 мм, термостойкость-отношение скоростей распространени волн после и до термоудара (300°С - вода) 0,80 - 0.93. 1 табл. Дл получени материала смешивают компоненты шихты, прессуют издели при удельном давлении 150 МПа, термообрабаты- вают при 600°С на воздухе и затем обжигают в среде азота.
