Abstract
Изобретение относитс к испытательной технике и может быть использовано дл испытани материалов на чистый изгиб. Цель изобретени - расширение формы испытуемых образцов. Устройство содержит Г-об- разный рычаг 1 и рычаг 2, при этом последний и полка 3 рычага 1 перпендикул рна оси т г 4, 5 испытательной машины. На стойке 6 рычага 1 и конце рычага 2 закреплены вкладыши 8, 9 дл креплени оболочки 7 вращени . Рычаг 2 при помощи шарнира 10 св зан с т гой 4. На т ге 5 перпендикул рно оси т г 4. 5 закреплены шариковые направл ющие 11, в которых установлена полка 3 рычага 1. На направл ющих I 1 со стороны т ги 4 закреплена направл юща втулка 12, в которой установлен конец т ги 4. При примыкании к т гам 4 и 5 осевого усили оболочка 7 нагружаетс п:-;- гибом, при этом полка 3 перемещае т в направл ющих 11. Свободное перемещение рычага 1 не вызывает дополнительных напр жений в оболочке 7, что позвол ет испытывать последнюю в услови х чистого изгиба и расшир ет форму испытуемых образцов. 2 ил. toThe invention relates to a testing technique and can be used to test materials for pure bending.
