Abstract
FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of annealing ingots in order to release casting stresses over 4-6 hours at (350-500)C; heating the ingots for rolling them over (6-8) hours up to (510 ± 10)C with their subsequent cooling up to (430-460)C; performing rolling at first three-five passes in a range of rolling rate 2,5, where vrolling rate at i-pass, m/s;a length of an arc of biting at i-pass, m; ε-percentage reduction at i-pass; 2,5; 17-coefficients, s.
