Abstract
Изобретение относитс к бурению скважин и предназначено дл их ступенчатого цементировани . Цель - повышение надежности работы устройства и повышение его герметичности. Внутри герметизирующей втулки 3 помещена легкоразрушаема втулка 5, перекрывающа цементировочные отверсти 2 корпуса 1 устройства и установленна с возможностью взаимодействи с самоуплотн ющимис манжетами 4 втулки 3. В нижней части бурильных труб (БТ) помещен управл ющий механизм, выполненный в виде двух концентричных труб с наружным диаметром внешней трубы, равным наружному диаметру втулки 5, и проходным диаметром внутренней трубы, равным соответствующему диаметру БТ. В корпусе 1 помещена пола пробка 6, выполненна с внутренней двухступенчатой расточкой под наруж ный диаметр втулки 5 и проходной диаметр внутренней трубы. После спуска БТ приступают к цементированию обсадной колонны . После закачки цементного раствора в БТ продавливают цементировочную пробку и закачивают продавочную жидкость.
