Abstract
Изобретение относитс к электротехнике, а именно к соединению подводных кабелей св зи. Цель - повышение надежности путем повышени продольной герметичности. Способ осуществл етс следующим образом. Соедин ют жилы кабелей с контактным элементом 5, нанос т на него слой невулканизированной резины и отформовывают сросток. Затем на сростке размещают контакт 7 в виде трубчатого сетчатого элемента и сращивают его с экранами 4 кабелей, после чего на каждый сросток поверх контакта 7 нанос т дополнительный герметизирующий слой 10 электроизол ционной сырой резины защитный слой также из сырой резины. Нанесение герметизирующего и защитного слоев из невулканизированной резины позвол ет обеспечить просачивание резиновой смеси сквозь чейки трубчатого сетчатого элемента до взаимодействи со слоем изол ции на контактном элементе под действием давлени резиновой смеси, а затем в процессе вулканизации всего этого пакета образуетс единой монолит. 6 ил.The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the connection of submarine communication cables.
