Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области строительства и может быть использовано при изготовлении сборно-монолитных перекрытий многопролетных каркасных безригельных зданий. Цель изобретени - снижение трудоемкости способа, повышение точности монтажа, прочности перекрыти и улучшение условий безопасности опалубочных работ. Дл этого бетонирование монолитной части перекрытий ведут поэтапно, начина с верхнего этажа здани , сначала вдоль только одного направлени осей здани бетонируют только межколонные элементы, а затем по направлению других осей формуют оставшиес межколонные и все промежуточные элементы, после чего опалубку переставл ют на другой этаж. Устройство дл осуществлени способа выполнено в виде портала 11, перемещающегос по направл ющим 9, подвешенным на струбцинах 8 к надколонным сборным элементам 2. На раме портала смонтирован домкрат 14, упирающийс в центр поддона 16, предназначенного дл формовани монолитных элементов перекрыти . 2 с. и 1 з.п.ф-лы. 5 ил.The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of precast-monolithic floors of multi-span frame-free buildings.
