Abstract
Устройство к обогащению руд. Цель - повышение эффективности сепарации. Корпус (К) 1 устройства выполнен в виде поверхности вращени - полого тора. Тангенциально к К 1 установлены питающий патрубок (П) 2 и П 3 дл удалени т желой фракции. С К 1 сопр жен П 4 дл удалени легкой фракции. Внутри К 1 установлен сборный карман (СК) 5, тангенциально к которому установлен П 4. Питающий П 2 установлен под углом к вертикальной диаметральной плоскости К 1. Раздел емый материал подаетс в устройство под напором через П 2. За счет тангенциального расположени П 2 и его выполнени под углом к центральной оси К 1 на поток материала действуют две центробежные силы - одна относительно вертикальной оси тора, друга относительно горизонтальной оси тора. За счет этих сил материал расслаиваетс на легкую фракцию, котора перемещаетс к центру К 1, попадает в СК 5 и разгружаетс через П 4, и т желую фракцию, котора перемещаетс к стенкам К 1 и разгружаетс через П 3. 2 ил.Device to enrich the ores. Due to these forces, the material is stratified into a light fraction, which moves to the center of K 1, enters SC 5 and is discharged through P 4, and the heavy fraction that moves to the walls of K 1 and unloads through P 3. 2 Il.
