Abstract
Изобретение относитс к станкостроению, а более конкретно - к устройствам дл закреплени заготовок на шпинделе станка. Целью изобретени вл етс расширение технологических возможностей и повышение осевой точности. В расположенных под улом α к оси патрона отверсти х корпуса 1 размещены плунжеры 2, на которых закреплены сухари 5 с клиновыми поверхност ми, взаимодействующие с клиновыми поверхност ми, выполненными под углом β на сменных зажимных кулачках 3. Плунжеры св заны со штоком 4 осевого привода (не показан). При перемещении штока 4 влево перемещаютс плунжеры 2 и, посредством сухарей 5, кулачки 3, зажимающие заготовку 8. Разжим осуществл етс при перемещении штока 4 в противоположном направлении. Благодар тому, что углы α и β расположены встречно, суммарное перемещение зажимных кулачков 3 равно сумме перемещений плунжеров и кулачков по клиновым поверхност м. 5 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry, and more specifically to devices for securing blanks on a machine spindle.
