Description

Known devices for gripping stacked bottles during loading and unloading operations are made in the form of a stop shield carrying rigidly mounted on its roller and perpendicular to its plane shtyry introduced into the gaps between the stacked bottles.

The difference of the described fixture is that on the upper shelf of the shield frame there is mounted a swivel roller with rigidly mounted pins located in the gaps above the bottles and wedged when they are applied to the levers, fixed 1st on the roller and fed to the handles on the shield.

The adaptation of this design provides fixation of the captured group of bottles.

FIG. 1 depicts the described device for capturing stacked bottles; in fig. 2 is a section along AA in FIG. one.

The device is made in the form of a shield /, contoured by a frame 2, on which pins 3 are perpendicular to the shield. On the upper shelf of frame 2 there is mounted a roller 5, which is rotatable in brackets 4, on which the same pins 3 are fixed as on the frame. The roller rotates when acting on the levers 6 located adjacent to the handles 7 fixed on the side shelves of the shield frame.

A device for gripping stacked bottles during loading and unloading operations, made in the form of a stop shield, carrying pins rigidly fixed on its frame and perpendicular to its plane, which are inserted into the gaps between the stacked bottles, characterized in that in order to ensure that the captured group of bottles is fixed, on the upper shelf of the shield frame there is mounted a swivel roller with stiffly mounted pins located in the gaps above the bottles and wedging them during action on the levers attached to the roller and let down to the handles on the shield.
