Abstract

Протез нижней конечности относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно, к протезам нижних конечностей дл  инвалидов. Цель изобретени  - снижение энергозатрат инвалида при ходьбе за счет приближени  кинематики протеза в фазе переноса к движению здоровой конечности. Протез нижней конечности содержит гильзу 1 бедра и гильзу голени, состо щую из двух частей: проксимальной 2 и дистальной 3 телескопических трубок. Гильза бедра и проксимальна  трубка соединены между собой с помощью шарнира 4. К гильзе бедра сзади оси шарнира 4 подсоединен шарнирно-упругий элемент, выполненный в виде телескопически подпружиненного звена, включающего телескопическую трубки 5 и 6 и пружину 7. Второй конец упругого элемента шарнирно св зан с рычагом 8, с которым жестко соединен коленный стопорный механизм, включающий храповое колесо 9 и собачку 10. Оси храпового колеса и собачки св заны с проксимальной трубкой 2 гильзы голени. Собачка 10 посредством подпружиненной т ги 11 проксимальной телескопической трубки 2 соединена с дистальной трубкой 3. К дистальной трубке 3 гильзы голени присоединена щиколотка 12, к которой с помощью шарнира 13 присоединена стопа 14. Со стопой жестко св зано храповое колесо 15 голеностопного стопорного механизма. Собачка 16 голеностопного стопорного механизма св зана посредством жесткой подпружиненной т ги 17 дистальной телескопической трубки 3 с проксимальной телескопической трубкой 2. The axes of the ratchet wheel and dog are connected with the proximal tube 2 of the shin sleeve. The pawl 10 is connected via a spring-loaded rod 11 of the proximal telescopic tube 2 to the distal tube 3. An ankle 12 is attached to the distal tube 3 of the shin sleeve, to which is attached a hinge 13 to the foot 14. A ratchet wheel 15 of the ankle locking mechanism is rigidly connected. The dog 16 of the ankle locking mechanism is connected by means of a rigid spring-loaded rod 17 of the distal telescopic tube 3 with a proximal telescopic tube 2. Claims (2)

Протез нижней конечности относится к медицинской технике, а именно к протезам нижних конечностей для инвалидов. Цель изобретения — снижение энергозатрат инвалида при ходьбе за счет приближения кинематики протеза в фазе переноса к движению здоровой конечности. Протез нижней конечности содержит гильзу 1 бедра и гильзу голени, состоящую из двух частей: проксимальной 2 и дистальной 3 телескопических трубок. Гильза бедра и проксимальная трубка соединены между собой с помощью шарнира 4. К гильзе бедра сзади оси шарнира 4 подсоединен шарнирно упругий элемент, выполненный в виде телескопически подпружиненного звена, включающего телескопические трубки 5 и 6 и пружину 7. Второй конец упругого элемента шарнирно связан с рычагом 8, с которым жестко соединен коленный стопорный механизм, включающий храповое колесо 9 и собачку 10. Оси храпового колеса и собачки связаны с проксимальной трубкой 2 гильзы голени. Собачка 10 посредством подпружиненной тяги 1 1 проксимальной телескопической трубки 2 соединена с дистальной трубкой 3.
