Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к нейрохирургии и неврологии, и может найти применение при лечении фантомных болей. Целью изобретени вл етс сокращение сроков лечени и удлинение периода ремиссии. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что больному с фантомными бол ми однократно провод т транскраниальную электроанальгезию, после чего на фоне ее действи и затем в течение 2-4 недель назначают комбинацию клофелина и баклофена в фармакопейных дозировках. За вленный способ лечени позвол ет полностью купировать даже т желые и длительные фантомные боли, в то врем как ни один из существующих методов не достигает подобного эффекта, приводит к достоверному сокращению сроков лечени и к стойкой ремиссии, причем фантомные боли не возобновл ютс и по окончании курса лечени практически не имеетс противопоказаний и осложнений.The invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and neurology, and may find application in the treatment of phantom pains.
