Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине и предназначено дл равномерного распределени давлени на кость за счет обеспечени адаптации к кости при остеосинтезе переломов локтевой, трубчатых костей кисти и стопы, ключицы. После введени винта 1 в костные отломки шайбу 4 располагают так, чтобы винт установилс в наклонном пазу, выполненном с опорной стороны шайбы. Шайба 4 выполнена со сферической зенковкой под сферическую опорную поверхность головки винта 1 и кольцевым буртом 6 со стороны опорной поверхности. Фиксатор дл остеосинтеза состоит из винта 1 с резьбой 2 и головкой 3. Внутренн поверхность головки 3 винта 1 выполнена сферической. На винт 1 установлена шайба 4, на наружной поверхности которой выполнена сферическа зенковка 5, соответствующа профилю сферической поверхности головки 3 винта 1. На внутренней поверхности шайбы 4 выполнен кольцевой бурт 6, а в теле шайбы - сквозной паз 7, торцовые стороны 8, 9 которого образованы полуцилиндрами.
