Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл механической обработки рабочих поверхностей статоров роторно-поршневых двигателей. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности, точности и расширение технологических возможностей. Устройство включает корпус 8 с механизмом обкатки. Механизм обкатки состоит из центральной шестерни 9, котора жестко соединена с валом стола 10 дл заготовки 11, ведущей шестерни 12, жестко закрепленной на эксцентриковом валу 13, и ведомой шестерни 14. Последн размещена на валу, св занном с регулируемым кривошипом, сухарь которого размещен в направл ющем пазу станины. Ось шпиндел , размещенного в головке, расположена в плоскости симметрии вышеуказанного паза. Эксцентриковый вал 13 соединен с приводным валом через механизм регулировани скорости, включающий зубчатые передачи 22 - 26 дл сообщени эксцентриковому валу вращени в сторону, противоположную направлению вращени приводного вала. Корпус 8 механизма обкатки соединен с суппортом через плиту 18 с направл ющими элементами, размещенными во взаимно перпендикул рных плоскост х. Суппорт установлен с возможностью продольного перемещени на поворотном корпусе 5, смонтированном на станине. Устройство снабжено механизмами настройки и коррекции положени суппорта. 4 ил.The invention relates to devices for the machining of the working surfaces of the stators of rotary-piston engines. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity, accuracy and expansion of technological capabilities. The device includes a housing 8 with a running mechanism. The running-in mechanism consists of a central gear 9, which is rigidly connected to the shaft of the table 10 for the workpiece 11, the driving gear 12, rigidly mounted on the eccentric shaft 13, and the driven gear 14. The latter is placed on the shaft associated with the adjustable crank, the cracker of which is placed in guide groove of the bed. The axis of the spindle located in the head is located in the plane of symmetry of the above-mentioned groove. The eccentric shaft 13 is connected to the drive shaft via a speed control mechanism, including gears 22-26, to cause the eccentric shaft to rotate in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the drive shaft. The housing 8 of the running-in mechanism is connected to the caliper through the plate 18 with guide elements placed in mutually perpendicular planes. The caliper is mounted with the possibility of longitudinal movement on the rotary housing 5 mounted on the frame. The device is equipped with mechanisms for adjusting and correcting the position of the caliper. 4 il.
