Изобретение относитс к области производства радиоэлементов и может быть использовано дл групповой сборки электролитических объемно-пористых чип-конденсаторов с колпачковыми выводами. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности сборки и улучшение качества изделий - достигаетс за счет обеспечени гарантированного совмещени выводов с издели ми при грунтовой сборке. На лентах 1 и 2 формируют выводы в виде колпачков (К) 6 и выполн ют надрез 7 по границе граней К.
