Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственной технике, а именно к механизации животноводства, и касаетс устройств дл измельчени корнеплодов при подготовке их к скармливанию в кормоприготовительных цехах. Цель изобретени - повышение качества измельченной массы за счет вариации измельчени стружки по длине. Режущее устройство содержит пр моугольную раму 1, плоский нож 2, набор дисковых ножей 3 и направл ющую планку 4. Плоский нож 2 смонтирован на раме шарнирно на оси 5. Набор дисковых ножей 3 закреплен жестко на валу. Ширина получаемой стружки определ етс рассто нием между ножами. Дисковые ножи 3 вход т в пазы направл ющей планки 4 и выступают над ней на величину толщины стружки. Дл лучшего сцеплени с материалом дисковые ножи по внешнему диаметру имеют насечки. 1. A device for crushing root crops, comprising a rectangular frame, a knife mounted on it, a set of circular knives mounted on a shaft mounted in front of it, and a guide bar, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the crushed mass by varying the size of the shavings, a flat knife it is pivotally mounted on the frame with the possibility of oscillatory motion relative to the direction of the strip with the help of articulated rods kinematically connected with the shaft of circular knives.
