Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, в частности к электрообработке, и может быть использовано дл одновременной электрохимической прошивки отверстий в детал х с различным электрохимическим эквивалентом. Цель - расширение технологических возможностей. Устройство снабжено по крайней мере одним вспомогательным электродом-инструментом (ЭИ) 16 помимо основного. Электроды св заны движением подачи. Поддержание рабочего зазора 18 обеспечивают вставки 17 на торце ЭИ 16. Токоподводы к ЭИ 15 и 16 отделены от последних промежутками 12 и размещены в каналах дл подвода электролита. Токоподвод установлен с возможностью осевого перемещени . При этом мен етс величина соответствующего промежутка 12. Мен етс также проходное сечение канала 11. Этим обеспечиваютс равные плотность тока и скорость протекани электролита в зазорах 18, что дает возможность отрабатывать детали с различным электрохимическим эквивалентом. 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to electrical processing, and can be used for simultaneous electrochemical piercing of holes in parts with different electrochemical equivalent.
