FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: desired products are prepared by interaction of quinoline, 1,3-dichlor-5-methoxy-2-pentene and methanol. The process is carried out by heating at 60 C within 15-20 h. Essential formula of desired product having melting point 60 C is CHNClO, it is prepared at yield 80 %. EFFECT: reveals novel more active compounds which may be used as inhibitors of acid corrosion. 1 tbl
