Abstract

Изобретение относитс к строительно- дорожным и горным машинам и предназначено дл резани щелей в мерзлых и горных породах. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности при сокращении времени на переналадку машины и одновременного нарезани нескольких щелей при снижении энергоемкости разрушени грунта. Устройство включает базовый т гач 1, цепной орган 6, гидроцилиндры 8 и 11 управлени , неподвижный редуктор 3 и поворотный редуктор (ПР) 4 в П-образных корпусах с кронштейнами. На ведомом валу ПР 4 закреплены ведуща звездочка цепного органа 6 и режущие диски (РД) 15 и 16. С ведущей звездочкой РД 15 и 16 соедин ютс муфтами, установленными на ведомом валу с возможностью их осевого перемещени . Привод РД 15, 16 и цепного органа 6 осуществл етс от двигател базового т гача 1. Действием гидроцилиндров 8 и 11 управлени перевод тс ПР 4, РД 15 и 16 и цепной орган 6 из транспортного положени I в рабочее положение II, при этом рабочие органы заглубл ютс в грунт на глубину h и Н соответственно при неподвижном базовом т гаче 1. Включением ходового механизма базового т гача 1 производитс удлинение щелей. Щели могут нарезатьс раздельно или всеми рабочими органами одновременно . 4 ил. о СЛThe invention relates to road construction and mining machines and is intended for cutting gaps in frozen and rocks. A device for cutting gaps, including a base tractor, a chain working member, hydraulic control cylinders, a drive mechanism with a fixed gear and a rotary gear pivotally connected to it, made in U-shaped cases, a drive sprocket for the working body on the driven shaft of the rotary gearbox, a working body frame rigidly connected to the housing of the rotary gearbox, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity by reducing the time to readjust the machine and simultaneously cutting several slots when reducing the energy consumption of soil destruction and durable road surfaces, the U-shaped case of the rotary gearbox is pivotally connected to the frame of the chain working member with the possibility of rotation of the latter relative to the 10 longitudinal axis of the driven shaft, while the U-shaped body of the rotary gearbox and the frame of the chain working body have brackets with holes made in them, moreover, a housing is connected to one of the brackets, and to the other a rod of the hydraulic cylinder for controlling the working body, while the ends of the driven shaft of the rotary gearbox fitted loosely seated on them cutting disks, and a chain drive sprocket working body and cutting wheels 20 are connected to the driven shaft via a clutch, mounted on the driven shaft with the possibility of axial displacement.
