Цель - уменьшение травмировани околораневой поверхности, создание лучших условий микроциркул ции в ране и ускорение ее заживлени . Устройство содержит две прижимные планки 1 с фиксаторами 2 и механизм раздвижени . Прижимные планки 1 име ют винтовые отверсти 3, в которых расположены прижимные винты 4. В прижимных планках 1 перпендикул рно прижимным винтам 4 имеютс круглые отверсти , в которых расположены фиксаторы 2, имеюшие на рабочих поверхност х, соприкасающихс с телом , утолщенные плоскости 6. При этом рассто ние между прижимными планками 1 выполнено регулируемым за счет наличи резьбы и гаек на механизме раздвижени .
