Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области производства пигментов, а именно к технологии получени оксида цинка, который используетс в качестве пигмента . Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение содержани основного вещества в оксиде цинка и снижение в нем водорастворенных солей и хлора. Способ получени оксида цинка состоит в следующем. Соль цинка, например хлорид или сульфат цинка, обрабатывают бикарбонатом аммони в количестве 2,0- 10,0% от содержани соли с последующим взаимодействием полученной пульпы с гидроксидом натри при 50-90 с, образовавшуюс при этом суспензию фильтруют, промьшают, сушат и прокаливают . Полученный продукт содержит 98,0-98,4 мас.% соединений цинка в пересчете на ZnO, водорастворимых веществ 0,26-0,32 мас.% (из сульфата цинка) и соответственно 99,0-99,3 tft и 0,06-0,15 мас.% дл продукта, полу- ченного из хлорида цинка при Содержании хлорида О,033-0,040%.2 з.п.ф-лы, 1 табл.
