Abstract
Изобретение относится к газовому анализу и может использоваться для определения состава микропримесей различных веществ в газах, в частности, с помощью хроматографии. Цель изобретения - повышение чувствительности и разрешающей способности обнаружения микропримесей веществ в газе. В устройство введен блок синхронизации и связанная многочастотная колебательная система. Одним из конденсаторов системы являются два параллельных электрода. Связанная многочастотная колебательная система, формирователь импульсов и блок синхронизации образуют замкнутый контур обратной связи. 4 ил. 1 табл.
