Abstract
FIELD: casting production. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of overflowing a melt through a cavity for fusion of a layer, the cavity had been formed upon burning out of a superposed pattern, and simultaneously controlling an induction heating process for concentration of an electromagnetic field of an inductor in the layer of the metal, being fused on; lowering a power of the inductor up to (20-80)% of the heating power before the pouring step; overflowing the melt in quantity equal to 0.5-1.0 of mass of the metal of the layer, being fused on. EFFECT: enhanced quality of metal due to lowered contamination degree of the metal of the layer, had been fused, by non-metallic inclusions and additives from the blank metal. 2 cl, 1 dwg
