Abstract
(ЛThis invention relates to medicine, more specifically to laboratory diagnostics. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method and increase its informativeness. For this purpose, a person or animal's blood is deposited driply (10-30 drops 04-5 mm) onto an isotropic substrate (for example, a Petri dish) with filter paper and placed in an electric dry air cabinet at 37 ° C and normal atmospheric pressure. Dry 3-4 hours until moisture is completely removed. The resulting preparation is microscoped in transmitted light at different magnifications: for example, a lens of 3.2–5 (eye), respectively, 8–7, 10–7, 20–7. The method allows studying the xerogel structures of human and animal serum systems, investigate the crystallization process of whey's own salts. (L

This invention relates to medicine and can be used in laboratory diagnostics.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method and improve its informativity, due to the possibility of assessing the structural and spatial orientation of the short components.
The method is carried out as follows.

Serum on - | worn with a pipette, droplet diameter 4-5 mm | Isotropic substrate, washed and npoc | dated, dated by chamois or filter paper. Drying takes place over 3-4 hours to complete distance. No moisture, the resulting preparation is microscopically copied in transmitted light at different magnifications: for example, a lens of 3.2-5 (eye), respectively, 8-7, 10-7, 20-7.
I The method allows studying the xerogel structures of the serum systems of human and animal blood, as well as studying the crystallization process — the serum salts jBeHHbiX, whose type I is due to the structural-spatial orientation of the proteins of the system itself.

д.Shifts in the physicochemical properties of blood serum, caused by various influences of the external and internal environment, are also accompanied by a change in the xerogel architecture. Since the latter is a biological model for observation in vitro, possible modification changes in the structure of the xerohelegram can determine it as a diverter of various interactions of serum proteins with metabolites. Sol mi etc.
The method makes it possible to simultaneously monitor the inorganic component of the blood serum system (the crystallization process of serum salts) and the organic one (dry gel, matrix, formed by the protein component of the serum).
