Дл  повышени  срока службы раствора и ускорени  процесса никелировани  предлагаетс  установка, котора  снабжена приспособлением дл  автоматического добавлени  израсходованных компонентов раствора по заданной программе. Принцип работы этого приспособлени  основан на действии универсального электронного реле времени.In order to increase the service life of the solution and accelerate the nickel plating process, an installation is proposed which is equipped with a device for automatically adding the consumed components of the solution according to a given program. Предлагаема  установка состоит из реактора /, теплообменника 2, насоса 3, фильтра 4, корректировочного бака 5, теплообменника 6, автомата 7 регулировани  температуры, автомата 8 регулировани  кислотности и автомата 9 корректировани  раствора.The proposed installation consists of a reactor /, heat exchanger 2, pump 3, filter 4, correction tank 5, heat exchanger 6, temperature control automat 7, acidity control automat 8 and solution adjustment automat 9.

Раствор, нагретый в реакторе / до 88, самотеком поступает в теплообменник 2, где охлаждаетс  водой до 50-55°. Охлажденный раствор насосом 3 перекачиваетс  через фильтр 4 в корректировочный бак 5 и затем самотеком поступает в теплообменник 6, где подогреваетс  до 84° и стекает в реактор.The solution heated in the reactor (up to 88) flows by gravity into the heat exchanger 2, where it is cooled with water to 50-55 °. Температура раствора поддерживаетс  с помощью автомата 7 регулировани  температуры, а кислотность раствора в заданных пределах- с помощью автомата 8 регулировани  кислотности. Кислотность поддерживаетс  посредством раствора щелочи, который подаетс  из специального бачка при срабатыванг.и исполнительного механизма.
