Description

The known methods of closing the lumen of the bronchus with individual sutures or ligating the soft ligature with the help of a needle and thread require a lot of time and do not exclude the possibility of the fabric erupting with a ligature. With such treatment, the bronchial stump may have postoperative complications in the form of bronchial fistulas. The stitches imposed by a needle and thread or by stitching devices such as "UKL and" UCB pass through all layers of the bronchus wall.

The proposed bone terminal for closing the lumen of the bronchus closes the lumen of the bronchus without penetrating through its walls, which reduces the possibility of the formation of postoperative bronchial fistulas.

The terminal is made of bone tissue and consists of two articulated halves with grooves at the free ends. Depending on the nature of the operation, the terminal has an arcuate shape (for insulated closure of the bronchus) or a rectilinear shape (for closing the bronchus stump). To prevent the terminals from slipping off the bronchial stump, the sponges have pyramidal teeth along the edge facing the periphery of the bronchial stump (the teeth of the upper sponge against the bottom deepening and vice versa). Due to the prickly-crimping effect of the pyramidal incision, the terminal is securely fixed to the bronchial stump and provides a tight closure of the lumen of the latter.

To close the lumen of the bronchus, the bone terminal of the corresponding form squeezes the walls of the bronchus until the lumen of the lumen is completely closed, and then the free ends of the terminal half of the terminal block are ligated down the grooves.

Bone tissue is a material close to the body, with a long period of resorption, it is scarcely scarce, easily processed and sterilized.
