Abstract
Изобретение относится к способам получения низших алифатических спиртов, в частности метанола, который имеет разнообразное применение. Повышение степени конверсии метана и увеличение выхода метанола достигается другими условиями подачи реагентов в реактор. Метанол получают окислением СH-содержащего газа при температуре 370 - 450C и давлении 5 - 20 МПа О- содержащим газом, имеющим температуру 30 - 50C. Процесс осуществляют при рассредоточенной подаче О-содержащего газа по длине реактора с числом точек ввода больше одной при концентрации кислорода в точке смешения реагентов 1-4 об. %. Окисление ведут предпочтительно при 410C и концентрации О2,5 об.%. Способ позволяет повысить конверсию метана за один проход с 9,5 до 50% и выход метанола с 0,62 до 20 кг/м•c. 2 з.п.ф-лы. 1 табл., 1 ил.
