Abstract
Изобретение относитс к литейному производству, в частности к сос тавам самотвердеющих противопригарных покрытий дл литейных форм и стержней , предназначенньпс преимущественно дл изготовлени стальных отливок. Цель изобретени - улучшение качества покрыти за счет повьпаени седиментаци- онной устойчивости состава, прочности на истирание и термостойкости, это достигаетс за счет того, что состав дл получени самотвердеющего противопригарного покрыти содержит в качестве отвердител жидкого стекла триацетин технический при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, мае. % : триацетин технический 2,1 - 2,4; жидкое стекло 37,5-41,0; цирконовьйг концентрат остальное. Такой состав самотвердеющего противопригарного покрыти позвол ет получать качественное литье за счет того, что состав с т желым наполнителем (цирконо- вый концентрат) имеет высокую седи- ментационную устойчивость, а само покрытие имеет большую прочность на истирание и высокую термостойкость. 2 табл. i (ЛThe invention relates to foundry, in particular, to compositions of self-hardening nonstick coatings for foundry molds and cores, which is intended primarily for the manufacture of steel castings.
