Изобретение относитс к переработке пластмассовых отходов и позвол ет сепарировать сыпучие смеси частиц пластмасс. Дл этого установленные под питателем 12 наклонные фрикционные поверхности 1 с вибровозбудителем раз.мещены в теплоизолирующем кожухе 2. Система нагревани сыпучих материалов (СМ) состоит из калориферов 16, вентил тора 15 и воздуховодов 17, 18 и 20, св зывающих в замкнутую линию циркул ции воздуха калорифер 16, кожух 2, бункер 10 дл СМ с питателем 12 и вентил тор 15. В бункер 10 загружают СМ Включают вентил тор 15 и калорифер 16. Нагретый воздух по воздуховоду 18 подаетс в кожух 2, 3 оттуда по воздуховоду 20 поступает в нижнюю часть бункера 10 и разогревает СМ до температуры на 1-5° ниже температуры разм гчени (ТР) пластмассы с наименьшей ТР. Через питатель 12 разогретый СМ подают на поверхность 1, где происходит нагрев СМ до ТР пластмасс с наименьшей ТР.
