Description

Применение описываемого способа позвол ет получить алюмосиликоновые смазки, обладающие более хорошими показател ми в отнощении термостабильности и растворимости в органических растворител х . Способ основан на применении глицерина, тетраэтоксисилана и алюминиевой соли. Особенность способа состоит в том, что дл  загущени  тетраэтоксисилана используют глицериновый раствор глицерата алюмини .The application of the described method allows to obtain aluminosilicone greases having better indicators with respect to thermal stability and solubility in organic solvents. The method is based on the use of glycerol, tetraethoxysilane and aluminum salt. The peculiarity of this method is that a glycerol solution of aluminum glycerate is used to thicken tetraethoxysilane.

Способ осуществл ют следующим путем.The method is carried out in the following way.

Дл  получени  глицерата алюмини  берут 16,75 г А12(5О4)з ISHaO и раствор ют в 100 г глицерина при нагревании в течение I-1,5 час. до температуры около 165-167°, что способствует удалению влаги из раствора. Глицерат алюмини  нагревают на песчаной бане при помешивании до 110-120° и прибавл ют к нему постепенно (из капельной воронки) в течение 20-30 мин. тетраэтоксисилан при энергичном непрерывном помешивании. Смесь выдерживают при температуре около 145-150° в течение 4-5 час. и затем при 167° в течение 1 часа. Образовавшиес  при этом побочные продукты (спирт, этиловый эфир и др.) удал ют из реакционной массы на другой день путем повторного нагревани  ее до температуры пор дка 150°. Полученна  таким образом однородна  прозрачна  в зка  масса обладает хорошими смазывающими свойствами, незначительной растворимостью (до 1%) во многих органических растворител х и термоустойчивостью при нагревании до температуры 130°.To obtain aluminum glycerate, 16.75 g of A12 (5O4) s ISHaO are taken and dissolved in 100 g of glycerin when heated for 1-1.5 hours. to a temperature of about 165-167 °, which helps remove moisture from the solution.
