Description

90-92%.According to the existing technology, vanadium flakes (obtained by seeding iron without ironing), crushed together with an alkaline additive to minus 0.25-O mm, are burned in tubular or multi-hearth furnaces; SEC is treated with water or successively with water, and then with dilute sulfuric acid. The total vanadium extraction in the solution is 90-92%.

Such technology eliminates the finer grinding of sclake, and, consequently, a more complete autopsy during roasting of vanadium-containing minerals.

В описываемом способе, с целью повышени  извлечени  ванади  (за счет больщей вскрываемости ванадийсодержащих минералов в процессе обжига), замены менее производительного обжигового оборудовани  более производительным, а также упрощени  технологии дл  переработки ванадиевых шлаков предлагаетс  примен ть следующую технологию: подвергать щлаки более тонкому измельчению (до минус 0,07-О мм) по сравнению с существующей технологией с последующей гранул цией щихты вместе со щелочной добавкой (сульфат натри  или сильвинит); замен ть обжиг щихты в трубчатых или многоподовых нечах обжигом в печах кип щего сло .In the described method, in order to increase vanadium extraction (due to the greater opening of vanadium-containing minerals in the roasting process), to replace less efficient firing equipment with more productive ones, and also to simplify the technology for processing vanadium slags, the following technology is proposed: to expose sclabs to finer grinding (to minus 0.07-O mm) compared with the existing technology, followed by granulation of brittle with an alkaline additive (sodium sulfate or sylvinite); to replace roasting furnaces in tubular or multilead nexes by annealing in fluidized bed furnaces.

0,3-0,.Experiments have shown that the proposed technology allows increasing the transition of vanadium into soluble compounds to 95–98% and reducing losses with dumps from 1.3–1.5% to 0.3–0.0.

Subject invention

A method of processing vanadium flakes produced in the process of seeding iron smelted from Kachkanar ores, characterized in that, in order to increase vanadium extraction and simplify technology, the original slots are opened by firing in a fluidized bed in the presence of alkali metal additives.
