Description

Nut crushing devices consisting of a hopper, a knife roller crushing mechanism, and an aspiration fan are known.

Such devices due to the imperfection of the knives of the crushing mechanism do not provide the required quality of crushing nuts.

In the described device, this disadvantage is eliminated by the fact that, in order to improve the quality of crushing, the knives of the rotating roller have the form of ratchet teeth and are located on the surface of the roller in a checkerboard pattern.

The device consists of a receiving bin /, located below it a rotating knife roll 2, a stationary comb 3, a discharge chute 4, an aspiration chamber J, a fan impeller 6 and a crate 7 for collecting crushed nuts. The knives 8 of the rotating roller 2 are in the form of ratchet teeth 8 and are located on the surface of the roller in a slush pattern.

The drive of the roller 2 is driven through a textrop gear 9 from the electric motor 10, on the shaft of which a fan impeller 6 of the aspiration chamber 5 is mounted.

Present Invention

A nut crushing device, including a receiving hopper, a rotating knife roll, a stationary comb, is made in such a way that, in order to improve the quality of the crushing, the knives of the rotating roll have the form of ratchet teeth and are located on the surface of the roll in shahmatnom order.
