Самое пропитывание порошка совершаетс не простым смешением твердого наполнител с лаковым раствором, или смесью фенола с формалином, а пульверзацией под давлением на поверхность порошкообразного наполнител смеси фе«ола с формалином, или лакового раствора, при одновременном перемешивании массы и нагревании не свыше 60° С; при этом все врем удал ютс вода и другие летучие продукты. При помощи пульверизации , под давлением на поверхность целлюлозного порошка смеси фенола и формалина происходит глубое пропитывание, а непрерывное перемешивание дает возможность пропитывать всю массу равномерно .
