В патенте № 5027 описан способ изготовлени  изделий из продуктов koндeнcaцйи фенолов с альдегидами в присутствии кислот в качестве катализаторов, заключающийт с  в том, что указанные продукты «онденсации в присутствий органических сульфокислот подвергают холодному прессованию или вальцованию в смеси с органическими или минеральными напо.пнител ми, после чего полученные издели  закрепл ют нагреванием или другими общеизвестными приемами.Patent No. 5027 describes a method for the manufacture of products from products of phenols with aldehydes in the presence of acids as catalysts, which states that these products of "condensation in the presence of organic sulfonic acids are subjected to cold pressing or rolling in mixture with organic or mineral powders after which the resulting products are fixed by heating or other well-known techniques.

Предлагаемый способ  вл етс  приемом выполнени  описанного в вышеуказанном патенте способа и заключаетс в применении порошкообразных импрегнированных продуктов , способных спрессовыватьс  при нагревании или бтгз него; при .этом процесс образовани  св зующего материала происходит в присутствии кислых катализаторов в самом веществе, или предварительно приготовл етс  лак с кислым катализатором, и растворам такового лака пропитываетс  порошкообразное наполн ющее вещество. Самое пропитывание порошка совершаетс  не простым смешением твердого наполнител  с лаковым раствором, или смесью фенола с формалином, а пульверзацией под давлением на поверхность порошкообразного наполнител  смеси фе«ола с формалином, или лакового раствора, при одновременном перемешивании массы и нагревании не свыше 60° С; при этом все врем  удал ютс  вода и другие летучие продукты. При помощи пульверизации , под давлением на поверхность целлюлозного порошка смеси фенола и формалина происходит глубое пропитывание, а непрерывное перемешивание дает возможность пропитывать всю массу равномерно .
