Дл сравнени изготавливают образцы, прошедшие термообработку и химико-термическую обработку по известной технологии: закалка в масло после аустенизации при , отпуск при 560°С 2 ч, азотирование при 560 С в течение 2,5 ч. Замер ют деформацию образцов в результате проведеНИН процесса, азотирпваин путем измерени на инструментальном микроскопе ширины прорези кольца. Результаты измерений приведены в таблице .PRI me R.
