Description

The subject of the invention is a floating logging machine, equipped with mechanisms for cutting trees under water, cleaning them from branches, cutting trees into assortments and conveyors for moving wood during its processing. The harvester is designed to forest in the flooded areas of large reservoirs.

The described harvesting harvester has an advantage over the known ones: in it, for the convenience of feeding sawn trees to a conveyor that serves to move trees with a butt forward to the branch removal mechanism, two-level mobile spring-loaded grippers (tusks) are fixed above the front lower part of the conveyor.

The drawing shows the layout of the mechanisms of the harvester harvester installed on the vessel.

The harvester consists of a conveyor / for moving wood during its processing, a mechanism 2 for cutting trees under water, made in the form of piljny chains, two-level mobile spring-loaded grips (tusks) 3, each pair of which forms the entrance to the conveyor. Installed along the conveyor: a mechanism 4 for removing branches, circular sawing machines 5 for cutting trees for assortment of quality and a machine 6 for debarking logs. The transverse movement of logs is carried out by means of transverse logs 7, by which the logs are sent to the chipper 8 for processing into process chips. The boughs and branches removed from the tree enter the drum crusher 9, where they are crushed into fuel chips. To keep the cut trees in the required position, an auxiliary conveyor 10, reinforced above the conveyor, is used.

The described process equipment is installed on the combine in the form of eight parallel production flows, which allows the forest to be logged in strips up to 20 m wide.

Chainsaws, st. After opening, the logs are trimmed and chopped into wood chips (cellulose), and the tip pieces are cut without debarking into cardboard chips.

Chips by pneumatic transport are loaded into barges. The combine can produce two types of commercial products: chips for pulp and paper production and peeled logs of standard length.
